Sales Enablement Lead
Kristy Oliver is a Sales Enablement Lead for Microsoft’s Tech for Social Impact, where she serves the Nonprofit Industry. With over 15 years of experience in sales, Kristy is passionate about helping sales organizations reach their fullest potential. She is responsible for the go-to-market sales enablement strategy for the nonprofit industry team, overseeing end-to-end strategy from tech stack to seller readiness. In addition to her work in Sales, Kristy is also an Applied Improv Practitioner, using the art of improv to teach critical communication skills. Since 2009, she has been teaching improvisation applied to skill building and team development, helping teams and individuals tap into critical human-to-human skills for business. Kristy combines her unique experience in improvisation, corporate sales, and training to help teams and individuals communicate more meaningfully in the moments that matter most in work and life. In her free time, Kristy enjoys spending time with her son and daughter, practicing yoga, experimenting in the kitchen, bonding with nature, and performing improv comedy.
