Catherine is an evangelist for Sales Enablement. During her years as Head of Sales Enablement at Xerox, she designed the Sales Enablement strategy and managed platforms, content, and analytics to support a global salesforce of 10,000. Catherine now leads a small yet mighty team of Sales Enablers and Sales Ops professionals for the online payments division of Worldline. At Worldline Catherine works closely with front line sales to help them drive up top line performance, resulting in double-digit growth. As a long-standing member of the sales enablement community, Catherine is passionate about the impact that Sales Enablement has on sales performance and she regularly shares her knowledge through speaking, writing and mentoring.
