As a Sales Effectiveness Lead at LSEG, Mauricio is part of the driving force in transitioning the organization from a single-product orientation to a solution orientation to better meet customer needs. He provides coaching, tools training, and change management support for the global sales organization. Mauricio also serves as a Transformational Coach at Mau Coaching, offering a safe space for clients to think and connect with their goals, leading to greater joy and success. In addition, he has designed, executed, and delivered a coaching program for People Managers and Leaders across global Sales teams at LSEG. The program improved performance and reduced attrition rates among teams managed by participating leaders. Mauricio holds a Diploma in Transformational Coaching from Animas Centre for Coaching and a degree in Travel Management from FAJ - Faculdade de Jaguariuna, BA. His core skills include employee training, sales enablement, and executive coaching.
