Macy has extensive experience across the digital advertising ecosystem in technology, platforms and enterprise sales and leverages her expertise to enable industry executives to realize their own potential. She is an innovative and consultative leader within the Learning and Development field, having coached teams at Meta (Facebook), Microsoft, Nordstrom, Southwest Airlines, VidMob, and now Reddit. Her ideas for human development and connection have been featured in various stages and channels. Notably, Macy delivered a TEDx talk on Neurolinguistic Programming: The Female Mindset Redefined. She has also founded GRIT, a community for connection and compassion for girls ages 6-22. She is a Washburn University alumni (MBA) and is currently pursuing her Masters in Organizational Psychology from Kansas State University (Dec 22).
