Andrey is a practicing enablement professional with over 18 years of experience in enablement, learning & development, sales training, and technology evangelism at global and nationwide software companies. Over the years Andrey has been fortunate to both build brand new as well as enhance existing revenue enablement and L&D organizations, manage channel partner and customer training offerings, establish and maintain corporate learning cultures. Aspired servant leader, trusted partner, mentor and coach, Andrey served as the head of Enablement at multiple SaaS companies, such as Acronis, Aspen Technology, and most recently DHI Group Inc., the parent company of Dice and ClearanceJobs, leading career marketplaces connecting technology and security cleared talent with potential employers.

L&D and peer learning: The missing bricks in your enablement foundation
The foundation is a critical part of any building as it helps to support its weight, distribute the load, prevent shifting and ultimately keep the structure upright to serve its purpose.
