Ashley brings over nine years of experience in revenue enablement, helping sales teams excel in dynamic markets. She leads enablement teams to design strategic training programs, go-to-market initiatives, and new hire onboarding that reduce ramp time and drive revenue growth. She has held roles at Indeed, Telesign, and DoorDash. At Indeed, she was recognized as an ACE Elite Winner in 2021 for launching Indeed Hiring Events and the Hiring Platform. At Telesign, she designed global training for the Verify API launch, created a cross-selling program for the Proximus Global merger, and led two successful revenue kickoffs. She has also mentored many enablement professionals and led initiatives in Women’s ERGs. Ashley is a strategic partner who collaborates with product, marketing, and sales leaders to create scalable solutions, and her coaching experience helps unlock rep potential and grow other learning and development professionals.
