Brandon Flowers is Director of Sales Enablement at Power Factors, where he is currently building out a brand new enablement function for the organization. Brandon brings a wealth of experience as a former BDR, BDR Manager, Sales Executive, and Enablement Advisor spanning multiple software sales and enablement organizations such as Dialpad and Oracle NetSuite. In his time in enablement, Brandon has trained over 1,000 salespeople and carried out successful projects across all areas of enablement services from onboarding, ongoing reinforcement, and enablement tools, technologies and content. He is recognized for being a consistent internal thought leader offering new perspectives to sales leadership, and for championing systems, technologies, and collaboration that perform at scale.
