Filippo Arena is Executive Director of Commercial Enablement at Baker Hughes (Industrial Solutions), where he leads the global go‑to‑market framework that unites sales excellence, strategic growth, installed‑base programs, channels, software and hardware, and large CAPEX projects—aligning sellers, partners, and product leaders around repeatable revenue execution. A data‑driven, cross‑functional leader, Filippo is known for turning enablement into a strategic growth lever: introducing enterprise‑grade commercial playbooks, integrating commercial data warehouse and analytics, modernizing incentive models, and operationalizing programs that translate complexity into predictable growth and recurring revenue. Throughout his career, Filippo held a variety of roles in projects sales, early engagement, and operations leadership, across energy, aviation, capital management and other industries, bringing a balanced view of strategy and field reality. He’s recognized for his passion about combining data, problem solving, and talent management. Filippo holds an MA from the University of Bologna and is a GE Corporate Audit Staff alum.
