RevOps builds, enablement adopts: What I learned running both
When Liz Chavez took RevOps into her enablement remit at SpyCloud, she found two teams with very different instincts. Ops was building agents and automations at speed; plenty of them went unused because end users had never been asked. Liz rebuilt the partnership around one rule: RevOps builds, Enablement drives adoption, and both design for the humans who use it. In this session she shares what she had to learn about data and reporting coming from pure enablement, the diagnostic her teams now run before anything gets built, and why enablement is stepping into the role of verifying the AI skills sellers create. You will leave with small changes that help enablement work faster with ops, whether you sit in the same org or not.
