Stacy is an accomplished sales enablement and leadership development professional with over 20 years of experience spanning direct and channel sales, training, and program management. She currently leads Leader Excellence and Onboarding at Zoom, following more than 13 years at VMware, where she drove global sales enablement initiatives and enterprise account management programs. Throughout her career, Stacy has designed and launched transformative programs that elevate leadership effectiveness, accelerate onboarding, and strengthen sales performance. Her expertise spans training program development, onboarding strategy, new graduate programs, event management, and cross-functional collaboration. Among her many accomplishments, Stacy co-created a worldwide Sales Leader Competency Framework in partnership with HR and Sales Operations, launched VMware’s first Global Sales Leader Bootcamp and Inside Sales Academy, and developed Sales Leader Tracks for Sales University and Sales Kickoff events attended by over 1,200 participants globally. She also introduced the Harnessing Adversity program for over 10,000 sales and customer success professionals and launched a global Sales Leader Podcast Channel to promote continuous learning and engagement.
