Trinda is the Director of Sales Enablement at Everest Group, where she supports over 50 sellers and seven sales leaders across the full sales cycle. She specializes in designing and scaling onboarding, prospecting, and training programs that deliver measurable improvements in rep productivity and pipeline generation. Reporting directly to the VP of Global Sales, Trinda owns all aspects of sales onboarding—from instructional design to live facilitation—and serves as the organization’s subject matter expert on prospecting. She provides 1:1, team, and org-wide coaching to enhance leading indicators and drive quota attainment. Trinda manages key enablement systems including Gong, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Highspot, ChatGPT, and Franklin Covey, and has built agent-led sales workflows that increase field efficiency and execution. She partners closely with senior leadership and Marketing on GTM initiatives, delivers performance analytics to Sales and senior leadership, and drives adoption and outcomes across a fully remote global team. Known for her structured, outcomes-first, and seller-tested approach, Trinda doesn’t just launch tools or content—she builds enablement systems that shift rep behavior, accelerate ramp, and create repeatable success.
