Additionally, she has experience in the industrial equipment, automotive, manufacturing, Life Sciences, and Textile & Apparel sectors.
Barbara has guided multiple global sales transformations, designing and institutionalizing outcome/value-based sales methodologies, reformulating go-to-market sales organization structures, and redesigning sales processes supported by world-class Salesforce.com implementations. She has built B2B Enablement organizations from scratch, led through hyper growth, and redesigned and grown enablement teams in multi-billion dollar, well-established businesses.
