Rosemary Murphy is vice president of learning and development at Columbia Threadneedle Investments. In her role, Ms. Murphy promotes and supports employee development and organizational effectiveness by providing highquality customized training programs. Programs are designed to meet individual, group or departmental and company needs and objectives. She partners with leaders to provide the opportunities employees need to gain the behavior, knowledge and skill necessary to be successful. Ms. Murphy joined Columbia Threadneedle Investments in 2011. Previously, Ms. Murphy worked at MFS Investment Management. She has been a member of the investment community since 2000. Ms. Murphy received a B.S. from The University of Massachusetts at Amherst and an M.S. from Boston College.
