Bill is an experienced executive with technical and business expertise. He has helped develop sales channels, strategy, drive innovation, create products, align teams, and leverage industry partnerships/acquisitions at both startups and fortune 500 companies. Bill is currently CRO at AIKON, a Blockchain startup, and working with SRI International leading revenue opportunities for several businesses including robotics business and BioCyc/Pathway Tools – Bioinformatics. Previously, Bill served as Adobe’s Global VP for partnerships, business development, and OEM sales. At Adobe he helped drive innovation and product solutions, including TV Everywhere which won an Emmy, BBC iPlayer, Hulu, and significant partnerships with Microsoft, Salesforce, Accenture, Deloitte, Publicis, & WPP. In addition, he was Chief Revenue Officer of THX - a media technology company, founded by George Lucas, and SVP of Informatica - a billion-dollar data software company. He has held executive positions at several start-ups, including Netcentives, which he helped grow from 5 people and zero revenue to IPO and tens of millions of ARR. During the last several years, Bill has been a board member, consultant, and advisor to executive teams, helping them grow the business with sales, partnerships, M&A, and marketing. Bill holds a Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology and an MBA & Masters of Engineering Degree from Cornell University.
