Prior to his time with Payscale, he has led the growth and success of other large SaaS companies, has managed sales teams, training groups, and coached strategic sales rep in a variety of industries. He is passionate about adult education, coaching and training, self-improvement, and people leadership. Additionally, he is an award-winning radio DJ, certified sommelier, and ACE certified personal trainer. On the weekends you can find him leaving his home in Golden, Colorado to go hiking in the mountains, training for his next endurance race, or traveling to a new place and sipping on a nice bottle of wine with the love of his life, Jill.
