Chrysanthy (Santhy) is a passionate enablement leader with extensive experience in driving sales growth through cross-functional sales training. With over 20 years in technical and software sales across various companies, Santhy has spent more than half of her career as a quota-carrying representative, consistently exceeding sales targets. In the latter part of her career, she has built and led teams, enabling them to surpass their goals. Most recently, Santhy's team redefined sales plays by leveraging strategic outcome-based selling techniques. She is dedicated to mentoring young professionals and has led the virtual WAVE (Women at Veritas Empowered) chapter, serving on the WAVE board to influence future leaders. When she is not busy being a sports mom, Santhy enjoys spending time in nature and with family and friends. She is also passionate about mentoring emerging leaders, helping to shape the next generation of professionals.
