Eric M. At Adobe, he led Marketing Excellence & Innovation - building global event strategies, interactive storytelling tools, and cross-functional coaching that accelerate pipeline and elevate customer experience. Previously, he led Adobe University driving global sales enablement initiatives, launched the Cornell + Adobe certificate program, produced training assets, and led major GTM programs with consistently high seller engagement. With a background spanning executive roles, consulting leadership, and large-scale transformation projects, Eric brings a blend of creativity, strategic discipline, and people-first leadership to every team he supports. He is currently the Senior Director of Global Sales Enablement at Delinea, a cloud-native privileged access management software company and Gartner Leader.
