Katie is a strategy consultant turned enablement professional who has a passion for partnering with Sales teams and driving change within organizations at scale. She has experience designing, implementing, and running strategic programs for Sales, Marketing, and Operations leaders at both Fortune 500 companies and hyper-growth startups. Her experience working with organizations of varied sizes shapes her unique perspective on what it takes to set GTM teams up to succeed. Currently, Katie leads an international team of Enablement Managers who partner with GTM leadership on global initiatives to ensure Contentfulā€™s pre and post sales customer-facing teams are equipped with the right knowledge, skills, tools, and assets to succeed in their roles. In her previous role, she led Enterprise Enablement at Outreach, where she partnered with the organization's upmarket Sales teams as they helped companies create and close more pipeline with the Outreach platform. She is recognized as an expert communicator and facilitator who excels in managing cross-functional teams, driving alignment at all levels of a business, balancing strategy with execution, and working through unstructured problems to achieve measurable outcomes.
