With over 20 years of experience spanning B2B sales and sales enablement, Kristy Oliver has built a career dedicated to empowering teams and driving business impact. She started as a record-breaking seller and has since led enablement functions at scrappy startups and global tech giants alike. Most recently, Kristy served as a solo enablement practitioner at Microsoft’s Tech for Social Impact, supporting a community of over 100 sellers. There, she developed transformative programs, including Nonprofit University, an onboarding experience designed to accelerate ramp time and increase productivity for sales teams supporting more than 300,000 nonprofits. Kristy has a passion for designing engaging learning experiences that not only develop skills but also inspire confidence. Currently, as Senior Operations Manager, Quality & Training at Airbnb, she is focused on shaping learning and quality strategies that enhance operational excellence within the company’s Experiences business. Throughout her career, she has successfully implemented sales enablement strategies, built scalable learning programs, and leveraged innovative technologies to drive performance. Kristy brings an engaging and practical approach to learning, blending storytelling, data-driven insights, and real-world applications. Whether supporting global sales teams, coaching leaders, or pioneering new enablement functions, Kristy is driven by a simple belief: when people are equipped to succeed, businesses thrive.
