Lenora Brown is a seasoned GTM enablement leader with 12+ years of experience helping sales teams thrive and driving revenue growth. As Senior Director of GTM Enablement at Fleetworthy, she’s tackling the exciting challenge of unifying sales processes and training programs across three high-revenue product lines in a PE-backed startup navigating M&A-fueled growth. Previously, at Oracle, Lenora led the Global Sales Productivity Team, covering curriculum development, sales productivity, tools, tech stack, and leadership programs for the NetSuite sales organization. A champion of experiential learning, she’s known for implementing sales cycle simulations that cut ramp time and boost cross-sell success. When not enabling teams or “internally selling,” Lenora can be found training horses in Colorado’s foothills or coaching individuals to grow professionally and healthfully.
