Mark is a former seller who has worked in enablement for the past 6 years. He formerly led all enablement efforts at Handshake, a B2B technology unicorn. He currently leads enablement at IDC, supporting 350+ sellers and 75+ customer success managers. He's focused on driving performance through world-class onboarding, ongoing upskilling, and manager enablement. His current priorities include sales skills development, frontline manager capability building, and scaling programs that improve productivity and pipeline generation. Mark lives in the mountains of Colorado with his wife and dog Polo. Outside of work, he enjoys hiking, reading, and tennis.
