Arup has built a career situated at the dynamic intersection of people, process, technology, and data, an ideal place during this pivotal time in the fourth industrial revolution. In a field where the predictability of technology meets the unpredictability of human interactions, Arup thrives in crafting solutions that enhance the social fabric. Throughout his career, Arup has led global projects and developed essential B2B sales and marketing capabilities. His achievements include field incentive planning, quota setting, field training, centralized lead generation, vendor management, account-based engagement (ABE) strategy development, and deploying business intelligence tools like Tableau. He has also been responsible for deploying Salesforce CRM, Marketing Cloud, and Pardot and has mentored emerging professionals. In the last two years, Arup has leveraged his passion for public speaking as a keynote presenter and panelist within the sales operations and enablement sectors. Arup holds an MBA with distinction from Warwick Business School and has been recognized by Race for Opportunity for his leadership in American Express's BAME mentoring program. A two-time American Express President’s Club award winner, he has maintained technical certifications in Salesforce CRM, GDPR, Negotiation Management, and Sales Training.
