I’ve been fortunate to build a career located at the confluence of people, process, technology and data. There's never been a better time to be in this place. The predictability of technology... vs the unpredictability of human interactions. The fourth industrial revolution? It's where the magic lies. Ever exciting and challenging, creating the opportunities for a better social fabric. Through my career I've delivered a number of outputs, from leading global projects to building core B2B sales and marketing capabilities. Highlights include: Field incentive plans, Field quota setting, Field training, centralised lead generation through lead aggregators, vendor management, ABE strategy development, Tableau MI solution deployment, Salesforce CRM, Marketing Cloud and Pardot deployment... and mentorship programmes. Over the last two years, I've been able to exercise my passion for public speaking as a key note presenter and panelist, across the the sales ops and enablement domains. I hold an MBA with distinction from Warwick Business School, and have been acknowledged by Race for Opportunity for leading American Express's BAME mentoring programme. A two time American Express President's Club award holder, I've also kept my technical skills on point with formal certifications across Salesforce CRM, GDPR Training, Negotiation Management and Sales Training.
