Fireside chat | Built to scale, designed to stick
Most enablement programs are optimised for reach, not retention. You can build a hub-and-spoke model that spans APJ, EMEA and the Americas, fund it against real pipeline metrics, and still watch your highest performers ignore every session because they've already found what works for them.
This session puts two very different lenses on the same problem: one built from running large-scale, business-outcome-funded workshops across a global enablement structure, the other grounded in occupational psychology and what actually drives adult behavioural change.
Together they'll dig into why enablement content so often talks past the people it's meant for, what it takes to make training stick with adults who've stopped being receptive to being taught, how AI is starting to change workshop planning and personalisation at scale, and why "enablement" needs to become a shared language across sales, marketing, product and engineering rather than a function that shows up to fix problems after the fact.
