Lisa Giusto is the Director of Sales Enablement at Ideals, where she leads the global enablement and performance analytics strategy across all sales teams. With over a decade of experience driving sales effectiveness, Lisa is known for building impactful enablement programs and teams from the ground up.
Prior to Ideals, Lisa built and scaled the pipeline enablement function at Deel during a period of rapid hypergrowth, designing onboarding programs, defining sales methodologies, and streamlining workflows for SDR and BDR teams, contributing to Deel’s growth from a $5.5B to $12B valuation. She has also held enablement and training leadership roles at Amazon and Ricoh, delivering global programs in change management, training, and sales operations.
Lisa’s career began in financial training and commercial conferences, giving her a strong foundation in adult learning and business communication. She brings a strategic, data-driven, and highly practical approach to enablement, especially in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
