Beyond the hype: Why AI In RevOps & enablement starts with the boring stuff
AI is being pitched as the answer to every enablement and RevOps problem for sales - but speed without direction just gets you to the wrong place faster. This session cuts through the noise to focus on what actually makes AI initiatives succeed. This involves defining clear success metrics before building anything, getting brutally honest about the problem you are solving and keeping sight of the business outcome rather than the tool itself. We'll talk about how to push back constructively when leadership wants a shiny AI Solution to a problem that hasn't been properly diagnosed, and why unglamorous foundations, like data strategy, often block AI from delivering value. You'll leave with a practical framework for evaluating AI Opportunities in Enablement and RevOps, and the language to challenge "AI First" thinking when it's premature.
