Throughout his career, he has consistently found ways to generate new business, increase revenue within existing accounts, and build lasting partnerships across both B2B and B2C environments.
At Deliveroo, Matt rebuilt the Key Accounts team, creating a new structure and ways of working to accelerate revenue from both core and adjacent streams. Leading through the pandemic further strengthened his ability to operate in uncertainty, with responsibility for more than 50% of the UKI’s GMV.
Today, he leads a team of revenue specialists focused on equipping Deliveroo’s frontline commercial teams with the tools, skills, and support they need across all markets. His goal is to drive operational efficiency and enable sustainable revenue growth by enhancing their ability to deliver stronger results.
