How F1 teams spend $20M on “enablement” and what we can learn from it
Enablement teams spend most of their time inside the same loop: reading AI reports, running new-joiner classes, producing content and swapping ideas with peers from the same industry. This session steps outside that bubble. We’ll look at how Formula 1 teams build their own “enablement”, spending millions of dollars to find 0.2-0.3 seconds of improvement, and why they’re obsessed with chasing it. The session focuses on practice: expect short games that give you a taste of what drivers and pit crews go through before a race. You’ll leave with drills you can take straight back to your sales floor and a ready-to-deploy sales practice pack inspired by F1 simulator training.
