Bringing over a decade of experience building and scaling at a variety of startups (maturity, specialty and size), Radhika currently leads the Global Sales Enablement and Business Value Consultancy function at Multiverse. Radhika's built bespoke sales enablement functions from the ground up, having been the first global Sales Enablement hire at four companies. She's planned for, hired and coached teams, created onboarding programs, scaled stellar everboarding [continual education], built effective content management and instructional design, and created manager enablement.
Her differentiator is her global perspective and sensitivity to culture - having led programs now in the US, APAC and EMEA. Radhika's hyperfocused on inclusivity, building community, and creating a collaborative culture. She's very passionate about increasing opportunities and growth for women and POC in sales.
