Derek started his career at Tableau on the Tech Support team, leveraging his background in IT to help customers resolve their issues. Here, he found a passion for teaching customers how to use the products instead of resolving their problems. Tableau allowed Derek to parlay those skills into internal training on the Sales Enablement team, starting his journey as an Enablement professional.
