Emily is an energetic life-long learner focused on creating meaningful connections and making a difference in people's lives. She currently serves as the Senior Director of Partner and Sales Enablement at Esper, where she has built out the enablement function from scratch. Previously, she led a Sales Enablement team at Tableau that drove the learning and leadership strategy for the sales organization. She also worked for Brave Leaders Inc, Brené Brown's online learning community, helping organizations integrate Brené’s eCourses into their talent development strategy and served on on the Learning & Development Team at the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, where she managed a foundation-wide, award-winning leadership development program.
