He is a seasoned, value-led transformational GTM leader. Potts has a proven track record of transforming sales organizations and driving significant revenue growth through high-impact strategies. He is an expert in managing multi-billion-dollar pipelines, implementing value-based selling, and fostering strategic partnerships. He is adept at leading cross-functional teams, optimizing processes, and enhancing customer engagement to deliver measurable business outcomes. His key accomplishments include turning around a $500 million+ P&L for a UK&I services business, delivering $7 billion in services revenue globally, and growing a $24 billion+ qualified pipeline. He also generated $4.6 billion in new qualified opportunities at Hewlett Packard Enterprise and established Global Centers of Excellence at Google and UiPath. Potts secured a $1 billion pipeline through the Accenture Hybrid Cloud platform partnership with HPE Greenlake and developed Google Cloud's first solutions catalog. He also achieved a $50 million pipeline and $7 million in closed deals within the first quarter at UiPath through lead generation and sales activation strategies. He was awarded the Google ā€œFeats of Engineering Awardā€ twice.
