She began her career as a marriage and family therapist, leading a team focused on transformational change in complex, people-centric environments. That foundation shaped her understanding of our hesitation to adopt change and reinforced her commitment to evidence-based decisions and thoughtful change management. Izzy builds and scales global enablement programs including onboarding, leadership development, promotion readiness, and AI-driven prospecting workflows. She enjoys golfing with her husband and teaching her chocolate lab new tricks - most recently putting her dog toys into her toy bin.
