Originally from Scotland, Kerri spent 15 years working for Google in both the UK and the US in various roles including Head of Sales for Google Analytics, Head of Global Resilience during the pandemic, and Head of Activation for Google Cloud. She is currently Senior Director of Enablement for Confluent, the data streaming company. Kerri studied compassion in the workplace at Stanford and consults on leading with empathy. She recently authored a chapter in 'Leading with Compassion - Cultivation Connection from the Inside Out', which was an Amazon best seller.
