As Worldwide Director of Sales Enablement for the Mid-Market segment at Microsoft, Matt develops and executes the sales enablement strategy for over 3000 Microsoft sellers across the world.
The goal of the organization is to empower sellers to help their customers digitally transform their organizations by leveraging AI and other Microsoft services.
Since joining Microsoft in 2000, Matt has held various positions across Product Marketing, Partner Sales, Enterprise Sales, and GTM Strategy. Matt also led GTM Strategy at Amazon Web Services before returning to Microsoft in 2022.
Outside of work, Matt enjoys traveling with his family, sets up Minecraft servers for his kids and their friends, and does his best to follow Formula 1 and his beloved L.A. Dodgers and L.A. Lakers.
