Kira Pollard-Lipkis leads Sales Enablement for LinkedIn's $8B Talent Solutions business, which encompasses their hiring and learning teams. Because her internal sales customers sell the importance of modern learning, skill development, and internal mobility to their customers, it forces her and her team to maintain a high bar for the learning experiences they produce so they can "walk the walk" on what they sell. A certified coach herself, Kira is an advocate for the criticality coaching plays in sustaining behavior change and is currently deploying a sales coaching curriculum within LinkedIn. Kira and her partner decided to leave New York City during COVID and recently settled in Denver, CO, where they spend their free time volunteering at animal welfare organizations and fostering special needs dogs.
