Previously, Nate held Global VP roles at Databricks and Gong, leading GTM Enablement and championing scalable growth strategies. His nine-year tenure at Tableau and Salesforce as Global VP of Sales & Partner Enablement was marked by transformative leadership—growing his team from 3 to 80+ and training thousands of sellers, leaders, and partners globally.
Known for his data-driven approach, Nate integrates analytics and AI into enablement strategies to drive measurable impact. He’s a recognized thought leader, sharing best practices in over 40 countries and accumulating over 3 million air miles. Nate also serves on the advisory board for the University of Washington Foster School of Business Sales Program, helping students build valuable career connections.
Based in Seattle, he enjoys travel, design, fashion, tea, and life with his wife Rachel, a yoga instructor, and their 13-year-old son, Pierson Jett, an aspiring basketball star.
