Erin Ellsworth leads GTM Enablement at Scale AI, the company building the data and evaluation foundation for reliable AI. She joined Scale in 2022, at a time of rapid growth. Since then she has built the enablement team and its programmes for sales onboarding, public sector sellers and technical enablement for the engineers who work inside Scale's most strategic customer relationships. Before Scale, Erin spent nearly four years at Adobe, where she moved from Instructional Designer on Marketo Global Enablement to Global Enablement Manager. She began her career as an instructional designer at DISH Network. She studied at the University of Southern California and is based in the San Francisco Bay Area.
