Across the industry, teams are pairing up with AI to handle drafting, coaching prep, and content triage, freeing up enablement leaders to focus on the strategic work only humans can do. The questions this keynote puts to the room: • What tasks should AI handle completely, freeing up your time for more important work? • How does the role of enablement change when AI manages part of the workload? • Where is human judgement essential, regardless of AI’s capabilities? • You will receive real-world examples, practical benefits, and a framework to implement with your team.
