Manager, Sales Enablement
Rippling
Salam Alnakeeb is Manager of Sales Enablement at Rippling, where he joined in 2024 as Senior Program Manager, Revenue Enablement. Before Rippling, he spent nearly four years building the enablement function at Navan (formerly TripActions), rising from Sales Enablement Manager to Senior Manager, Revenue Enablement. Salam began his career in sales, closing deals at Revel Systems, Highfive and Verkada. He was consistently a top performer, including 155% of quota at Highfive, and was promoted three times in his first year at Revel. That front-line experience, together with 12 years in operations leadership at Wegmans, shapes his practical, rep-first approach to onboarding, training and sales process.

The forgotten role: What AI means for sales managers, not just reps
Every AI conversation in enablement seems to start and end with reps, better call scripts, smarter role-plays, faster content. Meanwhile, the person actually coaching those reps, running forecast calls, and making the judgment calls that decide who gets promoted, is left almost entirely out of the conversation. This keynote fixes that oversight. Sales managers are sitting on some of the most AI-transformable work in the entire revenue org, pipeline reviews, coaching cadence, deal inspection, and almost nobody's building for them. This session makes the case that enablement's next big win isn't another rep-facing tool, it's finally giving managers the AI support they've been quietly missing. You'll leave with: • A clear picture of where AI is already changing manager workflows, and where it hasn’t even started • Why manager-facing AI tools get less investment despite arguably higher leverage • What a genuinely manager-first AI rollout looks like, and why it might move performance faster than another rep tool ever could
