Tracy is a revenue enablement leader and former educator who builds teams and systems that make GTM execution repeatable at scale. After starting their career with Teach For America, earning a master’s in Educational Leadership, and being named Teacher of the Year, Tracy transitioned to SaaS. At GoGuardian and Rippling, Tracy built and scaled enablement organizations supporting rapid growth, launched customer education programs, and led enablement across the full revenue organization. Today, Tracy leads Revenue Enablement at UpGuard, bringing an educator’s mindset to building high-performing teams and systems.
