Panel | Working backwards from KPIs to manage change successfully
During this panel discussion, we’ll look at what needs to happen before, during, and after a significant GTM optimization initiative to ensure that the change is managed successfully to meet the identified KPIs. Sales enablement continues to evolve with more tools, information, and analytics that necessitate synchronized evolution of processes, tool implementation, and GTM strategies. Yet so many of these initiatives, despite having executive sponsorship, fail. We’ll explore how change aligns with measurable results that in turn align with specific, identified metrics. We’ll talk through how to thoughtfully approach project planning to ensure success. You’ll learn: - Why defining how success will be measured upfront is critical - Using why change / why now / why this solution to clarify desired outcomes - Competency identification and associated metrics
