Working directly with sales management, account executives, and cross-functional teams, he implements practical strategies to improve sales performance. Recent projects include overhauling Deque's Content & Learning Management Systems, establishing the sales enablement function at Deque, creating a repeatable onboarding process, developing a Sales Management Operating System, rebuilding the Sales Playbook, and implementing the Challenger Sale Methodology.
