Currently serving as the Director of Global Onboarding and Learning Experience Programs at Zscaler, Michele is a passionate advocate for creating high-impact learning journeys that bridge the gap between training and real-world results. Her greatest professional fulfillment comes from witnessing the "lightbulb moment" when new hires connect the dots in real-time and watching them flourish throughout their careers. Based in the historic coastal city of St. Augustine, Florida, Michele fully embraces the "fun in the sun" lifestyle alongside her husband, two sons, and their beloved family dog.
