Rachel Panfil has spent over 5 years supporting team performance in SaaS and the high-net-worth insurance industry. With a background in L&D she’s passionate about building onboarding and training programs that provide teams with the access to information and tools they need, when they need it. Rachel has a Bachelors in Marketing from the University of South Florida. She has served as ambassador for the SEC in Atlanta since 2025.
