Instructional Designer turned Sales Enablement leader with over 10 years in Sales Enablement. Rachel has an affinity for enabling sellers to execute effectively, especially focused on supporting their onboarding in their first 30 days. Knowledge and skill competency seems to have always been an innate passion, having been a swim instructor in high school, a salsa dance instructor in college, and an Intro to Educational Technology instructor in grad school while pursuing a masters in Instructional Design that led to eventually joining the Sales Enablement realm. When not working to ramp sellers at Medallia, Rachel spends her time supporting women's empowerment, previously serving as the Chair of the Women Leading Broward program and currently serves on the board of Directors for Women Leading Education.
