Rory Patch is the Director of Sales Enablement at TransPerfect. Her career at TransPerfect started 9 years ago as a Sales Associate moving up to Director of Business Development which led her to making a move to the new Sales Training department in 2020. As her role in training the last 4 years she’s led the Business Development learning programs globally across 600+ sales reps. Her team is a startup within a large organization supporting at a global scale with multiple different service offerings and verticals to help curate and develop training material. Her passion comes from her experience, identifying a gab within the sales onboarding training and using her knowledge to improve retention and sales.
