The power of few: How lean enablement teams drive disproportional results
Enablement teams are getting smaller. Expectations aren’t. With leaner headcount and tighter budgets, enablement leaders are being asked to deliver the same, or greater, impact with fewer resources. In the power of few, Sally shows us how she is making lean teams work. This keynote explores how small enablement functions can drive disproportionate results by focusing on the right priorities, simplifying execution, and designing for scale instead of volume. The conversation will explore: - How lean enablement teams decide what not to do - Where focus creates outsized impact—and where effort is often wasted - What operating models, partnerships, and habits help small teams punch above their weight Rather than celebrating hustle, this panel looks at the structural and strategic choices that allow enablement to stay effective without burning out.
