Teradata
Susan leads global enablement and customer programs at Teradata, where she manages a $5M budget and oversees a 35-person team spanning three continents. She also serves as Chief of Staff to the COO, who oversees more than half the company including cloud operations, global support, consulting delivery, procurement, CIO, CISO, and enablement—giving her a strategic vantage point on how enablement influences cross-functional execution at scale. With 25 years at Teradata and 10 years in sales and operations leadership prior, Susan brings a practitioner's lens to the challenges of proving enablement's ROI, activating AI on the frontlines, and securing executive sponsorship in matrixed organizations. She holds a Master's in Marketing and is a Builder-Transformer-Altruist who creates sustainable programs that empower teams to perform at their best. When she's not enabling and engaging global audiences, Susan and her husband breed registered Texas Longhorns at their ranch in South Georgia.

Panel | AI on the front line: Turning intelligence into consistent execution
AI is everywhere but consistent execution is still elusive. Sales teams have more data, tools, and insights than ever, yet performance remains uneven. Top reps win. The rest struggle to translate intelligence into action. Enablement sits at the center of that gap. In this panel, we’ll explore how AI is reshaping sales enablement, not as a replacement for people, but as a force multiplier for focus, timing, and behavior change. This session cuts through the hype to show how enablement leaders can use AI to reinforce what great looks like, scale best practices, and drive consistency without adding complexity. You’ll learn: - Where AI actually moves the needle in the field - How leading organizations are embedding intelligence into daily workflows - Why execution is the real competitive advantage. - How to create repeatable performance
