Before joining Claroty, Theresa built her leadership foundation at FedEx and spent eight years at Deloitte leading Smart Manufacturing Ecosystem initiatives that advanced digital transformation and delivered measurable business impact. Outside of work, she serves on the board of Make-A-Wish Foundation and is passionate about building connections, empowering others through learning, and creating meaningful impact in her community.
