Fireside chat | Create once, enable everywhere: Lessons from expanding enablement beyond sales
Over the past year, our team has been working through a challenge many enablement teams are facing: how do you support more audiences, more priorities, and more change without simply creating more training? As our scope expanded beyond traditional sales enablement, we found ourselves supporting onboarding, AI adoption, customer operations, technology rollouts, and cross-functional learning needs across the business. In this discussion, I'll share some of the lessons we've learned as we've worked to build a more connected approach to enablement. We'll talk about what it looks like to create learning experiences that can be adapted across different audiences, how to embed support into the flow of work instead of relying solely on formal training, and where enablement can help drive adoption, readiness, and business outcomes beyond the sales organization. Rather than presenting a perfect model, I'll share practical examples of what's worked, what hasn't, and how we're continuing to evolve our approach. Attendees will leave with ideas for reducing duplication, scaling enablement more effectively, and creating stronger connections between business priorities and learning strategies.
